General Questions/New to Joomla! 2.5 • You are not permitted to use that link to directly access that page (#3).

I have set up a Joomla 2.5 project locally. However, whenever I try to edit any article or module, I receive the following message: "You are not permitted to use that link to directly access that page." Nothing is working when I am using PHP version 5.6. The issue also persists on PHP 7.4 with Nginx.

Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?
